I'm only giving 5 stars to the young worker named Alicia there. She is such a sweetheart and treats customers so kindly. She was one of the only ones with a smile on her face, despite how hectic it was in there. Also, she was the only one I saw cleaning the tables. The rest were pretty rude and arrogant, especially the manager. She doesn't know how to speak politely to her workers and tries to humiliate them in front of customers. Pretty sad. Alicia, you're gonna go far in life. Thanks for being so kind.

Whoever the manager/owner is should find a new profession. There’s always a wait here and it’s ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous to wait an hour or more for wings. I’d like to add that my wings were spoiled rotten. I could smell it as soon as I got to my car.

i’m seriously not the type to do this and ALWAYS give people the benefit of the doubt because we’re human, also i work in fast food myself. but this was just awful, i waited over an hour for my order, and when they first called me they gave my order to another person who had already left before they realized and had to make it again. there was multiple people in the same position as mine. my friend also waited a long time and when she went to ask the food had been sitting there and was cold. maybe we caught them on a bad night but i was disappointed.

I had ordered my food online and was told my food would have been ready in 20 minutes, I went there about 25 minutes after placing my order, and sat in the store for almost a while hour till they just realized my order had been ready and they just never looked at the bag and called for my order, so Ill happily never come back knowing they wouldnt even ask me once about my oder while I was sitting down after paying up front. Also my food being cold by the time they gave me my food. Absolute waste of money.

As I sit here waiting for my order I saw the cashier come out to pick up the dirty trays not once did she bring out a bottle of Santiz ser and a rag to wipe the tables. I used the had sanitizer to wipe my table and that didn’t even prompt her to do it. Sadly it’s a dirty location. As a restaurant manager myself this is unacceptable
